You can propose up to 10 different slots and add a personal message.

The price shown is exclusive of tax. If you'd like the artisan to come to a location of your choice, you'll also need to specify this by selecting 'At your location'. Otherwise select 'At the artisan's premises'.

Be sure to specify the accessibility (parking, etc...) of your location, its full description and the equipment available, especially the equipment the artisan will need.

Please note: You must make your request at least 11 days before the date of the workshop!

We regret that it is not possible to give less notice as the artisan must be able to organise his work as well as possible.

You can manage your private bookings in the My Private Bookings section of your account. If necessary, you can cancel the request.

The artisan will then have 5 days to reply to you via the chat area in your customer area, accept your request and send you a quote, which can be downloaded from the management of your privatisation. The artisan will also be able to add extra elements to the quote, such as drinks, or any other request you may have made that is feasible for them.

You will then have 14 days to confirm the quote once you have received the artisan's reply, and at least 10 days and 2 hours before the start of the event.

Once the artisan has accepted your request, you can contact the artisan with any questions you may have about the service using the chat facility on the “Privatisation Request Management” page. The artisan may also refuse your request, in which case don't panic, just make another request to another artisan! Finally, the artisan may offer you one or more other dates that fit into their schedule, and it is up to you to accept or decline these offers.

N.B.: Please note that no quote can be provided if you are requesting privatisation for individuals.

Important to remember: If you wish to change the number of participants, the timetable or the date before your quote is validated, you will need to cancel your request in your space and make a new one. If you do not cancel your request, you may be unable to make a new one.

Once you have validated the quote, you will receive a proforma invoice with the same information as on the quote, as well as bank details to pay for your teambuilding booking by bank transfer.

Bookings for private teambuilding events can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the event. Full cancellations less than 10 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the quote.
