We are a flexible subscription service.
In order to receive our deliveries you sign up to receive convenient regular (weekly) deliveries but are able to cancel or edit your deliveries at any time before the cut off each week.
While our delivery to you is on a regular weekly schedule, we know products all get used at different speeds, so you can choose how you'd like to buy each product:
One offs - this means you're only getting the product on this delivery
Weekly - get this product every week
Less often - you can set delivery to be up to every 8 weeks for a product.
So if you'd like to have your milk every week, hand wash every 2 weeks, dishwasher tablets every 4 weeks and laundry liquid as a one-off just whenever you run out then you can. Easy peasy.
It's super simple to set each product to whatever schedule works best for you.
We'll email you a reminder to check your order each week and you can edit it as much as you like before the cut off.

In order for our reusable system to work, we need to visit you again to collect the empties. This is why we are a flexible subscription only service.

Our goal is to help you easily shop more sustainably for your big shop, the one you'd get the big trolley for at the supermarket.
When is the cut off to change or cancel my delivery?

You can edit your order as much as you like before the cut off each week. The cut off for changes to be made is:
9am on the day before delivery.
Once the cut off has passed the order cannot be changed.

You can see and edit your upcoming order by either:
Clicking on the cart icon
Go to your account page and in the "Overview" section click on the "Manage next delivery" button
Here you can see the products in the upcoming delivery, and below this under "Your other regular products" you can see products that you have scheduled but that are not due in the next delivery.
You can chance the frequency settings for each product, set the next delivery you'd like a product to be in, change the quantity or remove it altogether.
Browse or search the site to add new products to your delivery.

At the cut off. We don't hold a payment on your card in advance, we simply process it at the time.

No, you just need at least one item in your delivery.
Note that the £3 delivery fee applies to every order regardless of value.
How do I cancel?

You can do this on your account page under "Manage subscription". Click the "Cancel subscription" button to cancel.
