This month we bring you a new Exec user type, a top-level exec dashboard with enps and talent snapshot features plus brand new homepages!

This month we are delighted to share some brand new features to the platform. Over Summer, we were busy giving the homepages a revamp, and making it easier for all users to get to the information they need as quickly as possible. As a result, we have some exciting updates to share:

'Executive' users

Do you have Directors, Board Members or Senior Leaders who need access to survey results but don't need administrator access to edit employee data or schedule surveys?

You can now set them up as a new user type called 'Executive'. When you make a user an 'Executive' they can & can't do the following...

Can

  • View top-level overview via Executive Dashboard (also available to admins).

  • View list of employee records.

  • Be assigned a group of direct reports.

  • Access all Engagement, Mental Health & DEEI survey results.

  • View all goals created (except mental health goals).

  • Send Performance Review surveys to employees.

  • Access all Performance Review results.

  • View all 1:1 meeting agendas.

  • Create 1:1 meeting agendas.

  • View all Company Goals and linked OKRs.

Can't

  • Edit employee information.

  • Send Engagement, Mental Health or DEEI surveys to anyone.

  • Access the Settings or Status tabs for Engagement, Mental Health & DEEI surveys.

  • Export results from anonymous pulse, onboarding & offboarding surveys.

New homepages & navigation updates

We've completely re-designed the homepages for employees and managers to help them navigate to the results they need quickly and easily. Some key things to mention:

  • The 'Me' and 'My team' tabs display an overview of activity for the user or for the manager's assigned team.

  • Access all areas of the system using the 'View all' links in each widget.

  • Managers will be taken to the 'My team' tab when they login so they can access their team's results straight away.

  • New 'Exec dashboard' tab only available to admins and execs (more below).

Note for admins: We have also moved the 'Export' page from the main menu, to the Settings area of the account.

Executive Dashboard

Administrators and Executives now have access to an executive dashboard showcasing all aspects of the WeThrive platform and recent activity. It is designed to give HR and the Board a quick overview and includes the following information:

  • Company objectives & related OKR progress.

  • Talent snapshot (more on this feat. below) - those at risk & those who deserve recognition

  • Latest survey scores for Engagement, Mental Health & DEEI surveys.

  • eNPS based on scores given in last month (more below).

  • eNPS trend graph showing scores over previous 6 months (if available).

  • Performance review surveys sent & completed in last 6 months.

  • 1:1 meetings created & completed in last 6 months.

  • Goals created, completed, due soon & overdue in last 6 months.

See an example of an Exec Dashboard below. The widgets that appear in your account will depend on the features you have included in your subscription.

eNPS

eNPS (employee net promoter score) has been added to the 'Me' homepage to allow users with logins to input a score.

This rolls up to calculate the eNPS for the manager's team on the 'My Team' homepage, and for the organisation overall on the 'Exec Dashboard'. Users can update their eNPS score on their homepage whenever they'd like and eNPS will be re-calculated over night.

The system now tracks this over time and when there is enough data, will display a trend analysis graph showing eNPS over the previous 6 months.

Talent Snapshot

The Talent Snapshot is part of the 1:1 intelligenda 'Manager Only' section.

It is a set of 7 questions that managers can use to give feedback about the employee. Once the 1:1 has been saved as read only, the responses roll up to show the managers, admins and executives who may be 'At Risk', and who 'Deserves Recognition' for going above and beyond.

The new 'My team' homepage and 'Exec dashboard' display these top-level statistics as shown below.

The 'View All' button on the widget, takes the user to a talent snapshot overview where managers, admins and executives can view employees that fit into a particular risk or reward category.

E.G. the user can filter the page using the question 'Promotion assessment' and the drop-down response 'Look to promote' to view all employees that managers have marked as ready for promotion as part of their 1:1 meeting. See below:
