We will show how to view your score and operate system after logging in to Wevox.

Summary

  • Once your password has been issued, you can log in to the management screen.

  • Please refer to this article for details on what you can check with each Wevox permission.

1. Owner permission: Allows you to view the results of all groups and make various settings.

2. Access permission: In addition to 3, you can view the results of any group.

3. Member (login permission): View results of all members and yourself.

4. Respondents: Can only respond to the survey without login permission.

In addition to the above, there is also a "viewing personal result by name" option. For details, please refer here.

How to Login 

1. Issue a password to the person you want to allow to log in.

The method of issuing passwords varies depending on when you started using Wevox. Please check the link for details.

Screen Description

Overview: You can view the scores and trends of "All Members".

Score: You can view the score details of "All Members".

Comparison: You can view scores by group and by attribute. The scope of view varies depending on your permissions.

How the Comparison screen looks for each permission

All users with login permission can view the scores of "All Members".

* In "Groups" section, only the groups that are set to be browsed will be displayed. In this permission, and what other groups have been registered will not be displayed.

▼ login permission (Member): View results of all members and yourself.

How to operate the "Comparison" screen

The Comparison screen itself is for users with "Owner rights", but the operation is the same for users with "Access permission".

Click the "Group" pull-down to display the attribute menu.
