Waiting for your winnings? Here’s exactly what to expect when you request a withdrawal at any of our online casinos. While most withdrawals are processed quickly, times may vary depending on your account status and the payment method selected.

Step-by-Step: Withdrawal Timeline

Step 1: Request a Withdrawal

  • Log in to your casino account

  • Go to My Account > Cashier > Withdraw

  • Select your withdrawal method and enter the amount

Note: You can only withdraw using a payment method you've previously used to deposit. This is part of our Closed Loop Policy.

What Is the Closed Loop Policy?

To ensure security and comply with anti-fraud regulations:

  • Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment method used for deposits

  • If you’ve used multiple methods, we will follow the order of use to return the funds

  • You cannot select an alternate withdrawal method unless required by regulation

Step 2: Internal Approval by the Casino Team

Our Payments Team aims to approve withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

Your request may be delayed if:

  • Your account requires KYC verification

  • The withdrawal amount is larger than usual

  • There is an issue matching your deposit and withdrawal methods

If your account needs verification, a document upload section will appear.
Please do not upload documents early; we’ll notify you when it’s time.

Step 3: External Payment Processing Times

Once approved by the casino, your payment provider will handle the transaction. Here's a breakdown of typical timeframes:

Payment Method

Estimated Arrival Time

E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller)

Instant or within minutes

Payz, MuchBetter, MiFinity

Within 24 hours

Bank Transfers

1–3 business days

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

1–3 business days

These are general timeframes and may vary based on your location, currency, or bank policies.

What Affects Withdrawal Speed?

  • Completed KYC verification

  • Using the same method for deposit and withdrawal

  • High withdrawal amounts may trigger additional checks

Need Help Tracking Your Withdrawal?

If you haven’t received your funds within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your email and account notifications for verification requests

  • Confirm that you used an eligible payment method

  • Review your transaction history in your account
