If gambling is no longer fun or you're feeling out of control, we offer two options to help you pause your play:
Time-Out (Short Breaks)
A Time-Out is a short, self-imposed break from playing. This tool is best for when you need to take a breather.
How to activate:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Account > Limits.
Choose your preferred Time-Out duration (24 hours, 1 week, etc.).
Once set, you’ll be logged out and unable to access your account until the time expires.
Self-Exclusion (Long-Term Pause)
Self-Exclusion is a longer break designed for players who feel they may be developing a gambling problem or who want to step away for a significant period.
How to activate:
Via Account:
Log in to your account
Navigate to My Account > Limits.
Choose the self-exclusion period (e.g. 6 months, 1 year).
The exclusion begins immediately.
Via Support:
Contact Customer Support via Live Chat or Email.
They will manually apply the self-exclusion and notify you when it's active.
Important:
Requests via support do not take effect immediately.
Indefinite self-exclusion reversals (if allowed) take 7 days to reactivate.
What Happens During Self-Exclusion?
You cannot log in or place bets.
You will not receive promotional emails.
You may still withdraw any existing balance (after verification).
Once the period ends, your account is automatically reinstated.
You'll receive an email reminder with helpful resources and the option to set new limits before returning to play.
