Why Is Payment Method Verification Required?
As part of our standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request proof of the payment method used on your account. This helps:
Confirm that the payment method belongs to you
Prevent fraud and misuse of third-party accounts
Ensure secure and compliant financial transactions
You’ll be notified when this step is required and guided through the upload process.
Accepted Documents by Payment Type
To verify your payment method, please upload one of the following based on how you deposited or withdrew funds:
Credit or Debit Cards
Upload a clear image of the front of your card:
Show only the first 6 and last 4 digits (e.g., 1234 56XX XXXX 1234)
Hide the CVV code (3-digit number on the back)
Card must be signed and not expired
If requested, also upload the back of the card (CVV hidden, signature visible)
Note: Never upload the full card number or reveal your CVV. This is for your safety.
E-Wallets (e.g. Skrill, Neteller)
Upload a screenshot of your logged-in e-wallet account showing:
Your full name
Registered email address
Account ID or username
Make sure all details match your casino account.
Bank Accounts
Upload one of the following:
A bank statement (PDF or screenshot)
A screenshot of your online banking account page
The document must include:
Your full name
IBAN/account number
Bank logo or name
All details must match the information used on your casino account.
How to Upload Your Document
Log in to your account
Go to My Account > Verification
Select Payment Method
Upload the relevant document following the on-screen instructions
If you don't see the upload option, please contact Support for assistance.
Tips for Faster Approval
Use high-resolution colour images or screenshots
Ensure all information is clearly visible and matches your account
Do not crop or blur parts of the document
Only upload documents belonging to you—third-party accounts will be rejected
