What Happens After You Submit Your KYC Documents?

Once you upload your documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we’ll review them to ensure your account is secure and compliant with gaming regulations.

You’ll be kept informed every step of the way—either through in-app notifications or email.


How You’ll Be Notified

Once your account is verified:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or in-app message

  • If documents are missing or unclear, we’ll send specific instructions for re-upload

  • All communication will come from our official support channels

Make sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folder just in case.


What If There’s a Problem?

If:

  • A document is unclear, expired, or cropped

  • The uploaded file is incomplete or missing

  • Your personal details don’t match across documents

We’ll let you know exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it. You can then log in and re-upload the required document.


How Long Does Verification Take?

Most accounts are verified within 24 hours, but it may take longer if:

  • There’s a high volume of submissions

  • Manual review is required for compliance

  • Your documents need to be rechecked

We aim to complete the process as quickly and securely as possible.


Not Receiving Updates?

Make sure your communication preferences are up to date:

  • Go to My Account > Profile > Marketing Consents

  • Enable Email and SMS for transactional updates

  • This ensures you’ll get KYC confirmations and account alerts

You can update or disable preferences at any time. Your privacy is fully protected.
