Use this guide to quickly see how many credits and messages your workspace used over a specific period.
Steps
Open Reports
From the main navigation, click Reports.
Choose a time frame
In the date picker, select the start and end dates you want to analyze.
Example: set Start to July 1 and End to July 31 to review July usage.Review the Messaging Overview
At the top of the page, check the high‑level metrics:Total credits
Total messages
Average credits per message
Break down by channel and direction
Use the charts/sections that compare:SMS vs. MMS messaging and credits
Outbound vs. Inbound messaging and credits
Inspect daily trends
Scroll to Total credits by day to see how usage changes over time.
Look for spikes that may correspond to mass messages or campaigns.See messages by user
Continue scrolling to Messages by user to identify which team members generated the most activity during the selected period.
Tips
Need a different period? Re‑open the date picker and adjust; the page will refresh with updated totals and charts.
If you see an unexpected spike, cross‑check your mass message sends or campaign calendar for that date.
