Step-by-Step: Message All Unresponded Contacts

  1. Go to Campaigns.

    Navigate to the Campaigns page and find the campaign you want to follow up on.

  2. Click View results.

    Open the analytics view for that specific campaign.

  3. Go to the Unresponded tab.

    Select Unresponded to see all contacts who did not reply to your campaign.

  4. Select all contacts.

    Click the checkbox next to Name to select every unresponded contact in the list.

  5. Click Send message.

    Select Send message from the top-right corner of the page to open the message composer.

  6. Create your follow-up message.

    Type the message you want these contacts to receive.

  7. Click Send.

    Your follow-up will be sent to all selected unresponded contacts.

  • Keep follow-up messages short to increase the likelihood of a response.

  • Consider sending follow-ups in batches if the audience is large.

  • Avoid repeating the exact same message. A slight variation can improve engagement.

  • Check unsubscribe and opt-out status before sending to ensure compliance.
