Why it matters

Quick Campaigns allow you to follow up with contacts immediately from analytics or other selection screens. Instead of building a full campaign with multiple steps, you can send a simple SMS or email to a chosen group in just a few clicks. This is ideal for short updates, reminders, or rapid follow-ups.

Key Concepts

Quick Campaign: A lightweight campaign created from a selected group of contacts, without going through the full campaign builder.

Activity panel: The action bar that appears at the bottom of the screen after selecting contacts.

Send immediately vs schedule: Options available when creating a quick campaign.

Step-by-Step: Create a Quick Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns and open a completed campaign.

Go to the Campaigns page and select a completed campaign to access its analytics.

  2. Select a contact segment.

Choose a tab such as Delivered, Not Delivered, Responded, Unresponded, Link Clicked, or Link Not Clicked.

  3. Choose your contacts.

Use the individual checkboxes or click Select all to choose multiple contacts.

After selecting contacts, the activity panel will appear at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Click Create campaign in the activity panel.

Select Create campaign to open the Quick Campaign modal.

  5. Confirm your audience.

The selected contacts will automatically populate the audience list.

You can also paste or upload additional contacts if needed.

  6. Choose the campaign channel.

Select the sending channel such as SMS or email.

  7. Choose when to send.

    • Send immediately

    • Schedule for later (select date, time, and timezone)

  8. Compose your message.

Enter the message content. You can also attach files, use templates, add message variables, or translate the message depending on channel capability.

  9. Send your quick campaign.

Click Send once your message is ready.

Tips and Best Practices

  • Use Quick Campaigns after analysing performance to target follow-ups strategically (for example, re-engage link non-clickers).

  • Keep your message simple and actionable since quick campaigns are often follow-up touchpoints.

  • Always confirm your audience before sending to avoid including unintended recipients.

  • Use scheduling to avoid sending follow-ups too close together.

  • Consider batch sending for large quick campaigns where applicable.
