Key Concepts
Link Clicked: A filter showing contacts who opened and clicked at least one link in your campaign.
Link Unclicked: A filter showing contacts who received the campaign but did not click any links.
Engagement insights: Link interactions that help you gauge interest and plan next steps.

Troubleshooting
Issue | Possible Cause | Fix |
No data in Link Clicked tab | No tracked links in the original message | Ensure link tracking was enabled for the campaign. |
Link Not Clicked list seems too large | Contacts may not have seen the message or link | Review delivery rates and resend to undelivered contacts if needed. |
Analytics not loading | Campaign still processing | Refresh the page once the system completes analytics. |
