Link tracking helps you understand which contacts are engaging with your content. By viewing who clicked or did not click a link, you can measure campaign performance, identify interested contacts, and target follow-ups more effectively.

Key Concepts

Link Clicked: A filter showing contacts who opened and clicked at least one link in your campaign.

Link Unclicked: A filter showing contacts who received the campaign but did not click any links.

Engagement insights: Link interactions that help you gauge interest and plan next steps.

Step-by-Step: Track Link Engagement in a Campaign

  1. Go to the Campaigns page.

    Navigate to the Campaigns section to view your campaigns list.

  2. Select Completed Campaigns.

    Open the Completed tab to find campaigns that have finished sending.

  3. Choose the campaign to analyse.

    Click the campaign to open its detailed analytics, including link activity.

  4. Filter by Link Clicked.

    Select Link Clicked to view all contacts who engaged with a link in your message.

  5. Filter by Link Unclicked.

    Select Link Not Clicked to view contacts who did not click any links. This is useful for planning targeted follow-ups.
