Why it matters
Using a custom domain for link tracking enhances brand consistency, increases user trust, and can improve deliverability by reducing the likelihood of messages being flagged as spam. Custom domains also give you more control over how your tracked links appear in campaigns.
Key Concepts
Custom domain: A domain you own and configure for use with Whippy short links.
Domains tab: The section where you manage all link tracking domains for your organisation.

Tips and Best Practices
Use a clean, recognisable domain to increase user trust and click-through rates.
Ensure you have access to DNS settings before adding a domain, as additional verification steps may follow.
Avoid using domains shared with unrelated systems to prevent tracking conflicts.
Consider using multiple domains for different teams or campaign types.
