Step-by-Step: Buy a Custom Domain
Access Campaigns: Links.
Navigate to Campaigns, then select Links to manage link-related settings.
Go to the Domains tab.
In the sidebar, open Domains to view your existing and available domain options.
Click Buy Domains.
Select Buy Domains to begin the domain purchasing workflow.
Check domain availability.
Enter the domain you want and click Check to verify if it is available.
Purchase the domain.
If the domain is available, click Buy Domain to complete the purchase.
Finalize setup.
Once the purchase is complete, Whippy will automatically begin configuring the domain for use in your campaigns.
Tips and Best Practices
Choose a domain that clearly aligns with your organisation or campaign theme.
Short, clean domains tend to perform better in SMS and email.
