On Whippy, you have the option to block and unblock contacts. To unblock a contact, follow these instructions:
To unblock a contact, you must find the one you want to unblock. You can do this from the Contacts page.
2. Search or pick from the list the contact you would like to unblock
You can use the search bar from the Contacts page to find the contact you want to unblock.
3. Click on the Contact
Once you have found the contact that you want to unblock, select that contact to open the contact side panel.
4. Click on Unblock Contact
In the contact side panel, at the very bottom, you'll find the unblock button. Click on this to unblock the contact.
5. Click on Yes, Unblock
Click on Yes, Unblock to complete unblocking the contact.
Done. You've unblocked your contact! 🎉
