Once you've sent out a campaign, you'll have visibility into who has responded and who hasn't. If you wish to re-engage with those contacts who haven't responded, you can easily send a message to all of them at the same time by following these instructions:
1. Click on View Results on the campaign
2. Click on the Unresponded tab
3. Click on the checkbox next to Name
4. Then click on Send Message
You'll find the Send Message button on the top-right of the screen.
5. Create your message
Create the message you want the unresponded contacts to receive.
6. Click Send
