How to Manage Whippy Notifications

Each user can manage and choose how they receive notifications from Whippy.

You can access your notification settings here: https://app.whippy.co/settings/notifications

There are 4 different ways to receive notifications:

Email - Notifications by email

Mobile Push - Manage notifications for the mobile app

Web - Notifications while logged into Whippy

SMS - Receive text message notifications from Whippy (To receive SMS notifications, add your number to your profile here.)

Type of notifications:

Notification Type

Purpose

You are assigned to a conversation

Notifies you when a new conversation has been assigned to you.

A conversation you are assigned to received a message

Notifies you when you receive a new message on a conversation assigned to you.

Any new message, regardless of assignee.

Notifies you when you receive a message, even if the conversation is not assigned to you.

Any new message, in a conversation with no assignee.

Notifies you when you receive a message and there's no assignee.

An open conversation you are assigned to is waiting 30 minutes.

Notifies you after 30 minutes when you have not responded to a message from a conversation that has been assigned to you.

An open conversation you are assigned is waiting hours.

Notifies you after several hours when you have not responded to a message from a conversation that has been assigned to you.

A keyword you are following has been triggered.

Notifies you when a keyword has been triggered from a campaign.

You are mentioned in a conversation.

Notifies you when you are tagged in a conversation by another user

An inbound lead from an external source.

Notifies you when you receive a new inbound lead from a Whippy integration (Webchat, Facebook Ads, etc.)

An import you have uploaded has been processed.

Notifies you when a contact upload has completed processing

Organization's billing usage exceeds 75%, 100%, or 150%.

Notifies you when you approach your plan's monthly credit allocation
