When a visitor uses the webchat, it comes through as a conversation on your Whippy account allowing you to follow up by text.
To install the webchat on your website, follow these steps:

Click the "Copy" button to copy the code
3. Provide the code to your IT team
Send the code to your IT team for implementation or if you can do it yourself, that's perfectly fine as well!
4. Finishing the setup
Once you receive confirmation from your IT team that the webchat has been implemented, you can go to settings to make adjustments to the profile image that appears, the greeting message, the layout, etc.
