Whippy allows you to search for conversations by phone numbers, making it easy to locate conversations. Follow these steps to perform a contact keyword search:
1. Navigate to your Inbox
Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.
2. Enter the phone number
In the search bar, type the phone number of the contact you are looking for. This can be a partial or full number.
3. View the Results
The search results will display all conversations associated with the entered phone number. You can browse through these results to find the specific conversation you need.
4. Done. Choose the Desired Result
Click on the conversation you want to open from the search results. This will open the chosen conversation.
