Search Messages in a Conversation

In certain situations, you might need to find a specific message within a conversation. Fortunately, Whippy includes a handy search feature within conversations to assist you! By making use of this feature, you can effortlessly pinpoint a specific message by hunting for related keywords or phrases.

šŸ’”Please note: The search feature does not work for notes within the conversation. It applies only to delivered messages.

1. Navigate to your Inbox

Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.

2. Open the conversation you want to search

Find and open the conversation in which you want to search for a message. You can either scroll through your list of conversations or use the search bar to quickly find the conversation.

3. Locate the ā€œSearch Messagesā€ button in the sidebar

Once inside the conversation, locate and click the ā€œSearch Messagesā€ button in the sidebar of the selected conversation.

4. Enter the keyword in the search panel

Enter the keyword or phrase related to the message you are looking for into the search panel. Be as specific as possible to narrow down the search results.

5. Click on search result to navigate to the message

From the search results, click on the message you want, and you will be taken directly to that specific message within the conversation. This makes it easy to review the context of the message.
