Whippy allows you to search for specific messages by their content, making it easy to find important information within conversations. Follow these steps to perform a message keyword search:
1. Navigate to your Inbox
Go to the Whippy Inbox by clicking https://app.whippy.co/inbox/all/open. This will take you directly to your list of all conversations.
2. Enter the Message Keyword
In the search bar, type the keyword or phrase from the message you are looking for. This can be any part of the message content.
3. Switch for Searching by Message
Click on the Messages tab to switch for searching by message content.
4. View the Results
The search results will display all conversations that contain the specified keyword. You can browse through these results to find the specific message you need.
5. Done. Select the Desired Result
Click on the conversation that appears in the search results to open it directly to the relevant message.
