Applies to All Customers
This policy explains when refunds may be issued for Whyzer products and services, including the Vault, Whyzer Premium, Whyzer Elite Sellers, Mega Deal Academy (MDA) modules, courses, workshops, and digital downloads (collectively, the “Services”).
Note: This summary is for clarity only and does not waive or limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.
1) What’s Refundable
We aim to be fair and fast. Refunds may be approved in the situations below:
Duplicate or Accidental Charges. If you were charged twice for the same item or billed in error, we’ll refund the duplicate/erroneous charge. Please notify us within the first 14 days of the subscription.
Clear billing errors. Mispriced or unintended charges caused by our systems or checkout flow.
Service Faults (Subscriptions). If a system‑wide issue on our side prevents reasonable use and we cannot resolve it promptly after you report it, we may credit or refund at our discretion.
2) What’s Not Refundable
To keep things consistent for everyone, the following are not eligible for refund:
Non‑use or forgotten renewals. We don’t refund past periods you didn’t use.
Partial billing periods. No pro‑rations once a billing cycle begins.
Digital downloads delivered. PDFs, slides, and similar digital goods are non‑refundable once delivery/access has been granted.
Promotions & bonuses. Free gifts, bonuses, or promotional pricing have no cash value and aren’t refundable or exchangeable.
Live events within 48 hours. Live or limited‑seat workshops are non‑refundable if requested within 48 hours of the event start (replay is typically provided).
FTC Cooling‑Off Rule: This generally covers certain in‑person sales (e.g., door‑to‑door) and does not typically apply to online/digital subscriptions.
3) Subscriptions, Cancellations & Renewals
Clear terms. We disclose price and renewal cadence before checkout and in your confirmation email.
Cancel anytime. Cancel from account settings or email info@jamalreimer.com from your registered address.
End of term. If you do not specify a future date, the cancellation process begins as soon as you request it and your access will be restricted.
Price changes. We’ll notify you in advance of any price change before your next renewal.
4) How Refunds Are Issued
Method. Refunds return to the original payment method used at checkout.
Timing. Most banks post refunds within 3–10 business days after we issue them.
Confirmation. We’ll email you when a refund has been processed.
5) Taxes & Invoices
Sales tax. Collected where required based on your billing address.
Invoices. Need an itemized invoice? Email info@jamalreimer.com with your order details.
6) Privacy & Data Requests
Data deletion. Request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing info@jamalreimer.com. We may retain minimal records (e.g., invoices, transaction IDs) as required for tax and audit compliance.
State privacy laws. Depending on your state (e.g., CA), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or limit certain personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights; we may request verification.
