Easier future updates: Firmware updates can now be installed without using an SD card — updates can be performed through RealTime communication.

Faster uploads: Faster media upload and sending speeds (signal dependent)
You can update your cameras by going to the cameras remote control page and scrolling down to the bottom and selecting "additional settings". After that, you can scroll down to the bottom and select the "Camera Firmware Update" button. If your camera is in 4 Times Daily mode, the camera will update at the next check in time or the next time the camera takes a photo. If your camera is in Always Available mode, the camera will update right away.
