Wiser allows you to customize product recommendations to suit your store's needs. If there are specific products or collections you don't want to display in your recommendation widgets, you can exclude them using the Exclude option in the Wiser dashboard.
How to Exclude Products/ Collection
Follow these steps to exclude products or collections from recommendations:
Log in to your Shopify admin.
Open Wiser – AI Upsell & Cross Sell.
From the left-hand menu panel, click Exclude Products.
Select the products or collections you want to exclude from recommendations.
Click Add to apply your changes.
Congratulations!You have successfully excluded the selected products or collections from Wiser recommendations.
