Overview
Wiser allows you to customize the text displayed in your recommendation widgets to match your store's language. You can use the Translation settings to update widget text and provide a localized shopping experience for your customers.
How to Translate Wiser Widgets
Follow these steps to translate the text displayed in your Wiser widgets:
Log in to your Shopify admin.
Open Wiser – AI Upsell & Cross Sell.
From the left-hand settings panel, click Settings.
Open the Translation tab.
Select the language and update the widget text as needed.
Save your changes.
How to Add More Languages
If you want to offer your store in additional languages, you can add them through your Shopify theme's language settings.
Open the Translation tab in Wiser.
Click Add More.
You will be redirected to the language settings area of your Shopify theme.
From there, you can add and manage additional languages for your store by following Shopify's instructions.
5. Go back to the Wiser and select the language.
Important Notes
Make sure the language you want to use is available in your Shopify store.
After updating translations, preview your storefront to verify that the widget text displays correctly.
Adding a language to your Shopify store and translating the text displayed in Wiser widgets are separate steps. Make sure to configure both as needed.
