8.1 Overview
Mascot Network is Mascot's built-in sales distribution network. Instead of creating and managing accounts across multiple marketplaces, sellers list once inside Mascot and have inventory distributed through the Mascot Network. Mascot handles marketplace expansion, order flow, and fulfillment logistics.
Flow: List → Mascot distributes → Order received → Label generated → You ship → You get paid
Fee: only 3% selling fee on all Mascot Network sales (shipping labels provided at no extra cost)
Payment: Via Stripe within 48 hours after confirmed delivery |
8.2 Getting Access to Mascot Network
Connect your Stripe account.
Set your Ship From address: Sales Channels > Mascot Network > 3 dots > Review Integration > Shipping Profile > Update Ship From Address.
Complete account review / approval (Mascot team reviews your profile).
Once approved, Mascot Network becomes available as a listing option.
8.3 How It Works
Add inventory into Mascot using your preferred workflow.
Set your listing price — you maintain full control of pricing.
Select Mascot Network during the listing process.
Mascot distributes listings to supported channels and retail partners.
Active distribution channels include: Walmart, Loupe, MySlabs (more being added regularly). eBay is separate and managed directly by sellers.
When an item sells, the order appears directly inside Mascot — no need to determine which marketplace sold it.
Mascot generates the shipping label — open the order, review shipping details, print the label, ship within 2 days.
After confirmed delivery, payment is processed via Stripe.
8.4 Printing Shipping Labels (Mascot Network Orders)
Navigate to Sales History from the left sidebar.
Find the item sold via Mascot Network (look for the lightning bolt icon).
Check the "Ship by [date]" note — ship within the required timeframe.
On the Order Details page, confirm Ship To and Ship From addresses.
Confirm or edit package size/weight.
Click Print Shipping Label, download, and print.
Attach label and ship within 2 days. Tracking updates automatically.
Note: Some marketplaces may not make shipment info available immediately — you won't be penalized for this delay. You'll receive an email when the label is ready.
8.5 Finding Mascot Network Orders
Go to Sales History > filter by Date of Sale and look for the Mascot Network lightning bolt icon on orders.
Mascot Network Offers
The Offers page is where you manage price negotiations from buyers on the Mascot Network. When a buyer makes an offer on one of your listings, it appears here for you to review and respond to.
Responding to an offer
You have 24 hours to respond to any offer before it expires. For each offer you can:
Accept — confirm the sale at the buyer's offered price
Reject — decline the offer
Counter — propose a different price back to the buyer
Filtering your offers
Use the tabs at the top to filter by status:
View All — every offer regardless of status
Active — offers awaiting your response
Accepted — offers you've agreed to
Ended — expired, rejected, or countered offers that are no longer active
You can also use the Search bar to find a specific offer.
View History – Review the full offer activity and responses for an item.
Things to know
Offers are specific to the Mascot Network marketplace — offers from other platforms (eBay, Whatnot, etc.) are managed within those platforms directly.
If you don't respond within 24 hours, the offer expires automatically.
