How do I list to Mascot Network?

Collection → select items → List Selected → choose Mascot Network → Confirm Listing.

What does Mascot Network distribute to?

A variety of integrated marketplaces, with the lineup constantly updating and expanding. Note that eBay and Shopify are not currently integrated with the Mascot Network. Mercury is also available for B2B seller-to-seller sales (By invitation).

How many items can I select at one time? (Bulk List, Delist, Edit, or Bulk Update, etc)

You can currently select up to 200 items at a time when performing bulk actions such as Bulk List, Delist, Bulk Edit, Bulk Update, Bulk Delete, and Create Bulk Invoices.

If you need to update more than 200 items, repeat the process in batches or contact Support for further assistance.

Creating Bulk invoices is available exclusively on the Expert Plan.

How do I delist an item from a specific marketplace?

  • Click on the Marketplace to select and include/exclude it from the results.

  • Click another marketplace to include it in the results.

Do I still select eBay when listing?

Yes. eBay is separate from Mascot Network. Continue selecting eBay normally if you want eBay listings.

How do I get paid from the MN sales? I’ve been getting a lot of sales but not actually seeing where the money is going.

On Mascot Network Sales you get paid 48 hours after delivery. Please make sure to use the labels we provide. Once our label status shows delivered, we will pay you into the stripe account you set up when signing up for Mascot network.

How do I print a Mascot Network shipping label?

Sales History → open the order → confirm shipping details → Print Shipping Label. Tracking auto-updates.

Sold an item in Mascot Network. Why does my Mascot Network shipping label show a different return address?

For orders sold through the Mascot Network, the shipping label may display a Mascot return address instead of your own. This is expected behavior and is part of the Mascot Network fulfillment process.

Where do I find MN orders/sales?

Sales History, filter by Date of Sale. Look for the Mascot Network lightning bolt icon.

How do I get Mascot Network access?

Connect your Stripe account, set your Ship From address. Mascot reviews and enables access.

How do I bulk list to marketplaces?

Collection → select items → List Selected → choose marketplaces → review pricing → Confirm Listing.

How do I delist without deleting inventory?

Select listed items → Actions → De-list → select channels → confirm. Inventory stays intact.

How do Custom Tags / bulk tag updates work?

Collection → filter items → select items → Actions → Custom Tags → add/update tags → Save.

What barcode scanner/printer should I use?

Most users use standard barcode scanners + 4x6 thermal label printers.

How do I print barcode labels in bulk?

Actions → Print Barcodes (up to 200 at a time). Customize layouts via Print Barcode → Customize.

How do Pricing Rules work?

Auto-lower prices over time until floor price. Example: $50 start → drop $3 every 5 days → stop at $20. Pro/Expert plans only.

How to cancel my subscription?

Go to Account Settings → Billing → and click "Cancel”

How do I add users/permissions?

Account → Users & Permissions → Invite Teammates → assign role → Add User. Roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Inventory Manager.

Can I import eBay purchases into Mascot?

You can import eBay listings that are currently for sale, but not past purchase history directly. List an item on eBay first, then import the listing into Mascot.

How do I update my eBay shipping profile?

Sales Channels → eBay → 3 dots → Update eBay Policies. You can set price-tiered shipping profiles.

What is VCP?

VCP is a pricing and comps tool for graded cards that integrates with Mascot to display historical sales data and pricing insights. Note: VCP is a separate paid subscription and currently does not provide comps for raw cards.

How do I see all my unlisted cards?

Apply the 'Is Listed' filter and toggle it to 'exclude' to show all cards not currently listed.

What is the Mascot Network selling fee?

Approximately 3% of the selling price. Shipping labels are provided at no extra cost.

How do I find my Stripe payouts?

Log in to your Stripe account dashboard to view all payouts from Mascot Network sales.

Can I sell to a buyer directly (not through MN)?

Yes. Select the items, use Actions → Create Bulk Invoice, enter the total price, and mark as sold. This is not a Mascot Network sale — you arrange your own shipping.

I am getting a "Shipping Package" error. How do I fix this?

Go to Sales Channels → eBay → click the 3 dots → Update eBay Policies → scroll right to find the Package Template column and set it to "Large Envelope"

How much time do I get to ship my Mascot Network order?

You get 48 hours, but it’s recommended to ship it as quickly as possible.

When is my Mascot Network order considered shipped?

When the package has been scanned in by the mail carrier, it’s best practice to get it scanned in person.

How is my bill being calculated?

On the Pro Plan, a user is charged the lesser of $1.25 per order or 1.25% of revenue, with a minimum of $99 base rate.

On the Expert Plan, the user is charged the lesser of $1.00 per order or 1% of revenue, with a minimum of $399 base rate.

Is usage calculated on manually generated invoices?

Usage fees are calculated based on tracked marketplace sales only and do not include manually generated invoices.

What should I do if I'm going on vacation or have an emergency?

If you're unable to fulfill orders due to a vacation or emergency, we recommend temporarily delisting your inventory from all marketplaces to prevent new orders.

If you have any Mascot Network orders that have already been sold, please get in touch with Support before taking any action so we can assist you.

Once you're ready to resume selling, you can relist your items at any time.

How do I manage my inventory in Mascot when attending a live convention show?

We recommend de-listing the items you'll bring to the show. You can also mark the item as sold or create a bulk invoice (expert)when an item sells to remove it from your active listing.
