In the Real Estate industry, a highly skilled team is essential for reaching your goals. Building a relationship with your potential agents is the first step in getting them to join your team. Read below to learn how to attract agents to your team - starting with creating video content!

πŸ“Œ Who should I target with my videos?

  • Agents that you want added to your team. The larger the audience, the better! You can typically export a CSV of this information from your MLS.

  • Under 60 seconds

  • Vertically filmed

  • Captions added

  • Good lighting and sound

  • If you are filming multiple videos in one sitting, make sure that with each one you are changing up your appearance (hair, shirt, hat) and filming location.

  • When a video's frequency is over 4.

  • When your cost per result is consistently above $0.10.

What questions do agents most frequently ask you? What are the pain point of agents in your market right now? The goal is to provide the most knowledge to these agents without calling them to action.

  • Agent Testimonials:
    Film interviews with existing team members who share their positive experiences, highlighting the benefits of joining your team.

  • Address Paint Points:
    What are agents currently struggling with? Address their paint points, then provide tips, tricks, and homework to solve them.
    ​Examples: support/training, mindset/knowledge, lead generation/conversion, culture, business structure, and marketing/branding, etc.
    ​

  • Market Expertise:
    Demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in the local real estate market through videos that provide valuable insights, market trends, and analysis.
    ​

  • Networking and Events:
    Film footage from team gatherings, networking events, or educational workshops, illustrating the collaborative and engaging atmosphere that agents can expect to be a part of.
    ​

  • Team Culture Showcase:
    Create a video that gives a glimpse into the vibrant culture and collaborative environment within your team, emphasizing the support and camaraderie.

Create a New Ad Campaign in Witly

  1. Login to your Witly account here.
    ​

  2. Select "Ads" on the left navigation menu.

  3. Select "Create Ad".


Select your Strategy

  1. Click on Agent Attraction.
    ​

  2. Do you want to add this add to an existing campaign?

    1. Choose Yes if: you have previously made your campaign, and are updating it/adding new content. This will split the campaign's entire budget amongst your agent attraction videos.

    2. Choose No if: you are creating this for the first time in a new campaign. This will create a new budget.
      ​

  3. After choosing yes or no, select "Next" to choose your audience.
    ​

Select your Audience / Targeting

When recruiting agents to your team, it's important to make sure they are actually seeing your content. For this strategy, download a CSV file of agents in your market to target with your ads! This can typically be found through your MLS.

Retarget Agents in your Market

  1. Select "Let's retarget people who have interacted with my business", then select "Next".

  2. Select your existing audience.
    ​

  3. Select "Next"
    ​

Enter Your Campaign Details

  1. Enter your budget: We recommend $1 per video. This strategy requires 1-3 videos in rotation while active, therefore, your budget can typically be between $1-3 to start.
    ​

  2. Click "Next"
    ​


Create Your Ad

  1. Under "Ad Details", confirm the page being shown matches the page you would like to advertise from.
    ​

  2. Select which tracking pixel you would like to use on your ad. If you do not have one, you will not be able to use this feature. Please contact your web developer for assistance with installation!

  3. Ad Name: Enter your ad's name! This will only be seen by you.
    ​

  4. Upload your video! Select "Browse" to choose your file.
    ​

  5. After selecting your file, click "upload" to add your video to your ad.
    ​

  6. Under destination link, paste the link where agents can book a 10-15 minute call with you after clicking "Learn More" on your ad.
    ​

  7. Scroll down and enter the text your audience to see under "Ad Copy".
    ​

  8. After completing the steps above, select "Next".

    1. If the "Next" button is greyed-out, make sure you selected "upload" on your video file!
      ​

  9. Click "Submit" to finalize your ad and submit it to Facebook for review!
