Witly preselects the housing category for you.
How much money should I spend on my Homes List?
Standard market: Start at $6 per day.
Saturated/Luxury/Niche market: Start with $10 per day.
Let this campaign run for 30 days minimum before increasing your ad spend.
How much money should my leads cost?
$5-7 in standard markets.
Niche or saturated markets may be higher.
How do I know when to create a new Homes List?
When your ad's frequency reaches 2.
If your cost per lead is consistently higher than $5-7.

Create Your Campaign
Login to your Witly account
Select "Ads" from the navigation menu on the left of your screen.
Select "Create Ad"
Select the "Homes List" objective, then select "Next"
Enter your Campaign name
Enter the locations you would like to target with your ad, then select "Next".
Set your daily budget
(Optional) Set your start and end date. If you do not set an end date, your ad will run indefinitely.
Select "Next".
Create Your Ad Copy + Lead Form
Enter the name of your ad under "Ad Name".
Under "Ad Copy", enter the market you are advertising homes from, and the median listing price for homes sold in your market in the last 90 days.
Scroll down to "Destination Link", and paste the URL to your list of homes. This can typically be created within your MLS or from a saved search on your website.
Select "Next".
Image Creation + Ad Preview
You can now upload your images!
Select "Browse"
Select the images you'd like to use in your ad, then select "open"
Select "Upload Images"
Click and Drag your Images!
Images should be of homes sold within the market you are advertising to, within $100k of the median listing price.
Select "Next".
View your ad's preview.
Select "Submit"!
