A Seller Map ad is a Witly lead generation strategy that attracts sellers by advertising the price of homes sold in one zip code (within your target market), and offering a free home value estimate. Note that seller leads typically cost more than buyer leads.

Start at $10 per day.
If increasing your ad spend, let this ad run for at least 2 weeks so you know your average cost per lead for this ad in your market, and can predictably scale up your budget.

Create Your Campaign
Login to Witly
Select "Ads" on the left navigation menu
Click "Create Ad"
Choose the "Seller Map" objective, then click "next".
Enter your Campaign name (this will only be seen by you)
Enter the locations you would like to target with your ad.
When selecting a location, the entire city will be targeted, as well as a 15 mile radius around it. You can expand this in 10 mile intervals using the slider under "geographical radius".
Select "Next".
Set your daily budget
Select "Next".
Create Your Ad Copy + Lead Form
Verify the Facebook page you will be running this ad from by selecting the dropdown menu under "Page". This should match the page you set as your default.
Under "ad copy", enter the name of your market.
Scroll down to "Destination Link", and paste the URL to a landing page on your website where Sellers can input their address, in exchange for their home's value.
Select "Next".
Image Creation + Ad Preview
You can now upload your image! Select "Browse"
Select the image you'd like to use in your ad, then select "open". For this strategy, go to Zillow.
Select "Upload Images"
Click and Drag your Image into the ad preview on the right side of your screen!
Select "Next".
View your ad's preview.
If you would like to edit your ad, select "back". From here, you can edit the information previously entered in your ad.
If your ad is ready to go, select "Submit". This will submit your ad to Meta for review! Your ad should typically be live within 24-48 hours.
