It is important to compare yourself with the other establishments of your company in order to identify your possibilities for improvement more easily.
If your rights allow it, you can compare your results to those of your network using the “Statistics” and “Ranking” tabs.
1) Statistics tab
In the sub-tab “My summary”, the different widgets display the data for your network as well.
In the “Average satisfaction” sub-tab, you also have :
The “Ranking” widget, which displays your position in relation to the network based on the score analysed.
The “Ranking Outlets” table, which displays the entire ranking of the outlets of your network according to the score analysed. Your scope will be highlighted in blue.
In the “Net Promoter Score” sub-tab, you will also find :
The “Ranking” widget, which displays your position in relation to the network based on the NPS.
The “Ranking Outlets” table, which displays the entire ranking of the outlets of your network according to the NPS. Your scope will be highlighted in blue.
2) Ranking tab
This tab shows your position in relation to all the establishments in your network according to the indicator you have selected.
