Your Trustville indicator can be found in the Statistics tab of your account, in two locations:
1. In the “Main Indicators” section under the “My Summary” sub-tab
Note: If you click on the Trustville widget in “My Summary,” you will automatically be redirected to the “Trustville” sub-tab.
2. In the “Trustville” or “Public Platforms” sub-tab
Here, you’ll find a more detailed analysis of this indicator, including a trend chart and a breakdown of the score based on the promoter/passive/detractor categories.
A ranking is also available below the trend chart, allowing you to compare your results with those of your network.
