Display of Opening Hours in Benchmark

Comparing your location with the local market is not limited to ratings and review volumes: opening hours are often a direct performance lever (accessibility, traffic, visit conversion, etc.).

👉 Visualize and compare opening hours (for your establishment as well as your competitors) and track their changes over time.

⚙️ Where can you find this feature?

  • Go to the “Competition” tab.

  • A “Hours & Opening Span” column appears in the ranking under the “Establishment” view when displaying the local ranking for a specific establishment (not for a scope including multiple establishments).

👀 Visualize and compare opening spans

  • Each establishment displays bars for each day representing opening hours.

  • The fill level is proportional to the opening span, allowing you to instantly identify differences.

🔍 Understand the details day by day

  • Hover over a day to see the detailed opening hours.

  • The display is dynamic: the establishment with the widest opening span is used as the reference, and the others adjust proportionally.

⏱️ Track the total weekly opening span

  • For each establishment, the platform calculates a weekly opening span (total opening hours per week).

  • When hovering, you will also see the daily breakdown.

📈 Identify schedule changes over the selected period

  • An icon indicates additional hours / fewer hours compared to the previous period.

  • You will also see the number of changes during the selected period
(1 change = 1 schedule change for a given day).

  • 🟩 Opening of a previously closed day

  • 🟥 Closure of a day

💡 Good to know

  • Opening hours are collected and historized monthly (between the 3rd and the 11th of each month), starting from the activation of this feature (no retroactive data).

  • The displayed hours correspond to those active at the end of the selected period.

  • You can download Excel exports to view the complete history of schedule changes.
