AI Summaries on Benchmarking

🎯 AI Summaries – What are they?

AI Summaries is a feature that allows you to freely ask questions about your reviews (customer or competitor) and receive a clear, concise, and actionable analysis generated by artificial intelligence.

👉 A powerful tool to refine your positioning and identify areas of differentiation.

(The activation of the AI Summary module depends on the WizVille setup deployed for your brand.)

⭐️ AI Summaries + Competitive Benchmarking

  1. Accessing AI Summaries on the platform

    1. Competition page > Locations tab

      • Multi-location ranking – If you manage multiple locations, you’ll need to access each location’s local ranking to enable AI summaries:
⇒ From the “Locations” tab, click the “Show local ranking” button on the right-hand side of the ranking table.

      • Single-location ranking – If you have only one location, you’ll be taken directly to its local ranking:
⇒ Access AI summaries by clicking either the “AI” button or “Summarize with AI”

    2. Competition page > Brands tab

⇒ From the “Brands” tab, click either the “AI” button or “Summarize with AI”

  2. Using AI Summaries in the Competition tab

    • When selecting your own location or brand:

You can base your analysis on:

      • Only your reviews (select “My reviews” – default setting)

      • Your reviews + competitor reviews (select “All reviews”)

    • When selecting a competitor’s location or brand:

The answers will always be framed in terms of your brand in comparison with the selected competitor.
The AI never describes the competitor alone, but always provides a relative positioning.

⇒ To get a summary, you are free to ask your own questions to the AI. You can:

    • Use one of the available buttons

    • Use the suggested dropdown options

    • Ask your own custom question

  3. Examples of effective questions:

  • “How am I different from [Competitor]?”

  • “What are my advantages compared to [Competitor]?”

  • “Where is [Competitor] performing better than me?”

💡 Good to Know

  • 🔐 Data Hosting

We use AI models hosted on servers in Europe, fully GDPR-compliant, and with no training allowed on the data we transmit.

  • ⏱️ Processing Time

Processing time depends on the volume of reviews being analysed. In some cases, several thousand reviews are involved, which explains longer response times.

  • 🔢 Volume of Data Analysed

To manage large review volumes, we divide them into groups of 2,500 reviews, called chunks, with a maximum of 12 chunks.

    • “My reviews” mode: 2,500 reviews × 12 = up to 30,000 reviews processed

    • “Comparison” mode: 2,500 reviews per brand × 12 = 30,000 reviews for your brand + 30,000 for the competitor

    • “All reviews” mode: Last 2,500 reviews per brand = number of processed reviews depends on the number of competitors

  • ⚠️ Accuracy of Quantitative Data

The AI excels at identifying qualitative trends and insights. Occasionally, there may be slight imprecisions in exact counts for specific themes. However, WizVille is committed to ensuring that the general scale and trends identified by WizAI are always accurate—which is what really matters.
We are constantly working to improve numerical accuracy, which should reach 100% reliability in the coming days, thanks to rapid progress from both AI and WizVille’s R&D team.
