What types of notifications do I receive during an order?
We send push notifications to your mobile device to provide real-time updates on your order. To receive these alerts, please ensure that you have notifications enabled for our app in your phone's settings.
You will be notified when your order is:
Placed
Accepted
Assigned to a driver
Picked up
Out for delivery
Completed
Canceled
Communicating with the Retailer
If the retailer needs to contact you, you will receive a notification containing a link to our secure Message Center to chat with them directly.
Why We Need Your Phone Number:
A valid U.S. phone number is required for your account. While our system does not use text messaging for notifications, your number allows the delivery driver to call you if they need help finding your location.
