Depending on your POS system integration with Woby, articles may or may not be automatically put 'out of stock'. In the latter case you can manually put an article 'out of stock' via the Woby portal.

Go to the article and click edit. Then, according to the screenshot below, select 'Out of stock' and click Save. The article is now light gray in the online menu and it is no longer possible for guests to order this article.
