Why Every Invoice Counts
The average gross profit for a commercial vehicle is high, but much of that is often hidden because upfit invoices aren't attached to the digital record. The Invoice Binder tool ensures your pricing is accurate and your margins are protected.
Step 1: Open the Vehicle Detail Page
Find your target vehicle in the Manage Inventory list.
Click on the VIN or the Edit icon to open the full specs.
Step 2: Trigger the Upload
Scroll to the Upfit/Documents section.
Click the Add/Upload Invoice button.
Select the file from your computer (PDF or JPEG)
This documentation is now stored permanently with the VIN, making it accessible for your Finance and Sales teams during the deal.
You can view the invoices for that specific VIN through Inventory Management, or by using the Invoice Binder option in the Navigation page, or through the Tools drop down on your navigation bar.
