Vehicles missing key information are flagged directly in the Inventory data table so you can find and fix them without a separate report.
Where to Find Missing Data
Rows with missing information show a red exclamation point icon. Hover over it to see a tooltip specifying what's missing (e.g., missing body invoice, missing photos, missing pricing).
The Missing Data filter (see How to Search and Filter Your Inventory) lets you pull a list of vehicles missing photos, body invoice, price, or with unknown upfit.
You can print a list specifically of vehicles missing invoices or missing photos (see How to Print Inventory Lists, Listing Details, and Window Stickers).
