How to Print Inventory Lists, Listing Details, and Window Stickers

Print inventory lists, listing details, or window stickers, with the fields you choose.

Print inventory lists, listing details, or window stickers directly from the Inventory page.

Before You Start

  • Role & Permissions: All five default roles — Admin, Sales Manager, Inventory Manager, Salesperson, and Analytics — can print inventory lists, listing details, and window stickers.

Printing Inventory Lists

  • Open the Inventory page.

  • Click Print at the top right corner of the screen.

  • Click the report you want to print:

    • All inventory

    • Filtered inventory — the list you've currently filtered to (see How to Search and Filter Your Inventory)

    • Missing invoices

    • Need photos

    • Unknown if upfit — vehicles that might have an upfit that can't be confirmed yet, because no photos or body invoice have been received. This includes cab chassis, cutaways, and empty cargo vans.

To fix what the Missing invoices, Need photos, and Unknown if upfit reports flag, see How to Find and Fix Listings Missing Photos, Invoices, or Prices and How to Upload and Manage Vehicle Invoices.

Selecting Inventory to Print

Before printing listing details or window stickers, select the vehicles you want to print:

  • Click the checkbox at the front of each inventory row you want to include, or

  • Click the checkbox to the left of the word Listing in the column header to select all inventory.

Pro tip: To print a specific group of vehicles, filter your inventory first, then click the header checkbox to select everything you filtered to.
