Find any vehicle in your inventory quickly using search, sorting, and filters on the Inventory page.
Before You Start
Role & Permissions: All users can view the Inventory page. Inventory Managers, Sales Managers and Admins can add new listings, edit existing listings, and edit pricing, if those features are available to your dealership. See User Roles and What Each Can Do.
Steps
Click Inventory in the left-side navigation to see a list of all inventory currently in stock at your dealership (see Getting Around the WTS Portal).
Use the search bar to search by make, model, stock number, or body type. Text search matches broadly — typing "service" returns all service trucks and service utility vans, for example.
Sort the data table by price, condition, body manufacturer, or days on lot. With the CRM add-on, you can also sort by the number of quotes written for a vehicle.
Click Filters to open the filter panel, then click any filter category to open its submenu.
Click any vehicle to open its details (see What's in the Listing Overview Panel).
Filter Categories
Condition: new or used.
Price: show vehicles with a hidden price or a missing price, or set a price range by typing in the text fields or dragging the range slider.
Body type, Body manufacturer, Make, and Model: multi-select lists built from your in-stock inventory. Each list starts with every option in stock for that category, then narrows based on the selections you've already made — if you don't stock any GMCs, GMC won't appear as a make option.
Days on lot: 1 week or less, 30 days or less, 90 days or less, 180 days or less, 1 year or less, or more than a year — or set a custom range by typing in the text fields or dragging the range slider.
Quotes: vehicles with quotes or with no quotes. This filter only appears for dealerships with the CRM add-on (see How to Create a Quote).
Status: filter by listing status (Available, In transit, Upfitting) and display status (Featured, Hidden).
Missing data: vehicles missing photos, a body invoice, or a price, or with unknown upfit (see How to Find and Fix Listings Missing Photos, Invoices, or Prices).
Sold inventory: turn on this toggle to include past inventory that's no longer on your lot. Turning it on adds a Sold date filter category, where you can choose the past 7 days, past 30 days, or past 90 days, or use the range slider for a custom range.
How Filters Work
Results update as soon as you make a selection.
Options in each category narrow based on the selections you've already made.
Your active filters display as a list of pills within the Filters menu so you can see your current criteria at a glance.
Filters stay applied when you leave the Inventory page and come back, until you remove or clear them.
To remove a single filter, click the X on its pill.
To clear all filters at once, click Filters, then click Clear all filters (the trash can icon).
To print the list you've filtered to, see How to Print Inventory Lists, Listing Details, and Window Stickers.
Good to Know
Within the data table, rows with missing information show a red exclamation point icon. Hovering over it shows a tooltip specifying what's missing (e.g., missing body invoice, missing photos, missing pricing).
