Clicking into any row on the Inventory page opens the Listing Overview panel — a quick-access view of a vehicle's key details without leaving the list.
Before You Start
Role & Permissions: All users can open this panel. Inventory Managers, Sales Managers and Admins can edit listings and pricing from it. Salesperson and Analytics access is view-only. See User Roles and What Each Can Do.
What's in the Panel
VIN and stock number
Photos, if uploaded
Price and condition
High-level details: mileage, drivetrain, and (for upfitted vehicles) body manufacturer and distributor, if known
Files section: any uploaded invoices and the window sticker, if available
Actions Available
Review all details: opens the vehicle detail page (VDP) on your storefront
Print: print listing details or the window sticker (see How to Print Inventory Lists, Listing Details, and Window Stickers)
Three-dot menu: additional actions such as copy link and (based on permissions) pricing/editing tools
