How to Export Your Inventory

Export selected or all inventory to a CSV or Excel file.

Export your inventory data to a spreadsheet directly from the Inventory page.

Before You Start

Steps

  • Select vehicles using the checkbox at the start of each row, or use the checkbox in the header row to select all.

Pro tip: If you've filtered your inventory, the header checkbox selects every vehicle you filtered to (see How to Search and Filter Your Inventory).

  • Selecting one or more rows activates the Export button. Click Export.

  • Choose your file format: CSV or Excel. The file downloads automatically.
