Entering your email address in the “Forgot your password?” link only sends a reset-PW email to addresses that already have an existing login with a business using WorkBright.
If you did not receive the email, you are most likely not entering the EXACT email address that your company used to invite you to WorkBright.
To verify what address they invited you with, review one of the emails you received closely. You’ll should see the exact address you entered in the “To:” field:
In the example shown, the email address is “workbrightpilot@gmail.com,” but the company invited this person to WorkBright with the address “workbrightpilot+s7r49223hqx@gmail.com.”
This is what’s called an “alias” of your email address. Aliases are unique email addresses that route messages to your inbox, so you receive them just the same as if the person had emailed your true address. The important info here is that Workbright sees the alias as a unique address. Therefore, the unique address must be entered into the "Forgot your password" to receive a reset email.
Once you’ve determined the email address your company is using to onboard you, copy the unique address from the “To” field and paste it into the “Forgot your password?” field.
You’ll then promptly receive this message in your inbox with a secure, single-use link to reset your PW:
