Forms For Company Administrators to Complete (Making a Form “Internal”)

I have a form that I’d like admin to complete within a staff’s file. How do I do this?

There is an option to make any custom form in your WorkBright account “internal.” Marking a form as Internal will automatically hide it from your staff's view.

To make a form, internal, go to the form’s “edit” page, and check the box “Internal,” then click save.

These forms will show in a staff’s file when an admin views the file,

But NOT when the staff views their file.

This functionality can either be used to hide a previously staff-facing form from your staff’s view going forward, or it can be used for forms that specifically designed for admins to upload/complete.

A common use-case of an internal form might be a simple upload form for admins to store “Background Check Results” after your screening vendor sends you results on a new hire.

To complete an internal form, use the “Upload” option with a staff member’s file.

Please note, if your form is set up as requiring a Digital Signature from your employees, you won't be able to complete the form without uploading a signed copy. We recommend setting the form up as an acknowledgment OR allowing WorkBright to change the form to an acknowledgment.

By clicking “Upload,” you’ll reach a screen that will allow you to either upload a PDF, complete some fields, or simply submitting the form. or a combination of the three.
