We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature on Workinitiatives designed to make sharing your job ads faster, simpler, and more effective — QR codes for every job ad.
Now, every time you post a job on our platform, we’ll automatically generate a unique QR code linked directly to that job listing. This makes it easier for candidates to find and apply for your roles. These unique QR codes gives you more flexibility in promoting your vacancies through your own channels.

Instant access for candidates – Candidates simply scan with their phone camera and are taken straight to your job ad.

Where to Find Your Job Ad QR Code
Log in to your Workinitiatives employer account.
Go to Jobs > Job Ads.
Find the job you want to share, and click on the last icon that says "Share now".
Look for the “Download” button under the QR code.

Print materials – Add it to posters, brochures, or business cards at career fairs.
Shop windows or noticeboards – Perfect for local hiring drives.
Social media posts – Share the QR image as part of your recruitment campaign.

Important: If you choose to display printed job ads with QR codes, please be aware of the risk of tampering by scammers. To protect the integrity of your listing, we recommend placing printed materials in secure, lockable display cases or locations where they cannot be altered.
