Our job packs are designed with a 6-month validity period, giving you plenty of time to use your job ads as needed.
With our job packs, you can choose the number of job ads that best suits your hiring needs. We offer three different options for you to choose from:
Basic job pack

The Basic job pack is suitable for employers with a smaller number of open roles.
Our 5 job ad pack is perfect for those with a limited number of open positions. With this pack, you will pay a one-time fee of $1120, which breaks down to $224 per ad.
Standard job pack

For those with a larger hiring need, our 10 job ad pack is a great option. With this pack, you will pay a one-time fee of $2120, which breaks down to $212 per ad.
Deluxe job pack

Deluxe | 15 job ads | $2,985 | $199 per ad |
Our 15 job ad pack is perfect for those with a high volume of open positions or those looking to save even more on their recruitment costs. With this pack, you will pay a one-time fee of $2985, which breaks down to $199 per ad.
To purchase a job pack, simply select the pack that best fits your needs from the Menu > Pricing > Pricing Plans and proceed to subscribe.
Once your payment is processed, your job ads will be available for use for the next 6 months. You can post your job ads at any time during this period, giving you the flexibility to hire as needed.
How to purchase a job pack or plan
To purchase a job pack or subscription:
Log in to your Workinitiatives account.
Go to Pricing.
Select Pricing Plans.
Review the available plans and job packs.
Select the option that best suits your hiring needs.
Follow the prompts to complete payment.
Once your payment is processed, your job credits will be available in your account.

These fees are separate from your Workinitiatives plan unless otherwise stated.

Troubleshooting
I cannot see pricing plans
Go to Pricing > Pricing Plans from the left-hand menu.
If you still cannot see the pricing plans, check that you are logged in to the correct employer or recruiter account.
I have no job ad credits
You may need to purchase a Pay-As-You-Go ad, job pack, or monthly subscription before posting.
Go to Pricing > Pricing Plans to review available options.
My job pack credits are not showing
Refresh your dashboard after payment has been processed.
If the credits still do not appear, contact support.
My job pack has expired
Job packs are valid for 6 months.
If your job pack has expired, you may need to purchase a new pack or choose another pricing option.
I need more than 10 job ads per month
Contact the Workinitiatives sales team to discuss an Enterprise plan.
I want to post to SEEK, LinkedIn, Indeed, or CareerOne
You may need to configure multiposting settings and have an account with the relevant third-party job board.
Third-party fees may apply.
