Workinitiatives also supports video uploads in specific formats.

Video resolution
There are no restrictions on the input file resolution.
However, video output is restricted to:
720p
Important
Most phones record videos at a higher resolution by default.
Before uploading a video, check your phone or camera settings and adjust the recording resolution to 720p where possible.
Video duration limit
There is no stated file size restriction for videos.
However, job ad videos and banner videos must be no longer than:
2 minutes
If your video is longer than 2 minutes, shorten it before uploading.

Troubleshooting
My image will not upload
Check that the image is a supported file type.

Also check that the file size is no larger than 2MB.
My image looks stretched or cropped
Check whether the image matches the recommended size for the upload area.
For example, a logo should be 512 × 512, while a cover photo should be 1440 × 360.
Resize the image and upload it again.
My video will not upload

My video quality changed after upload
Video output is restricted to 720p on Workinitiatives.
If your original video was recorded in a higher resolution, it may be processed or displayed at 720p.

Most phones record video above 720p by default.
