Registering and Signing In
If you are new to Workinitiatives, the first step is to register for an account. Simply click on the Sign Up button on the top right corner of the homepage and fill in the required information. Once you have completed the registration process, you can now sign in to your account using your email and password.
Setting Up Your Company Profile
Before posting your job ad, it is important to set up your company profile. This will help job seekers learn more about your company and make your job ad more attractive. To set up your company profile, follow these steps:
On the dashboard, you will navigate to Complete Company Profile.
This is where you want to upload your company logo including a high-quality image that best portrays your company as the banner.
Recommended image sizes:
Logo Size: 512 x 512
Cover Photo Size: 1440 x 360
Moving on to the About Company, you may want to pull this information from your own company website.
Add in your Contact Information including your billing information.
Workinitiatives offers various ad settings that can help you reach your target audience and make your job ad more effective. These settings become available when you are posting your job ad. Some of the ad settings include icons stating whether its open to students, working holiday makers or international applicants.
If you are constantly recruiting for some roles, its beneficial to enable Job Ad Auto Renew and this will allow you to toggle ads to continue to renew every 30 days if you have available job ad credits.
