What is AI for Workinitiatives and how do I use it?

We're pleased to announce that we're one of the first Job platforms to be using AI in our product.

Workinitiatives has incorporated AI to help you with listing your ad's. By utilising AI, you can easily list a job in minutes.

Here is how the feature works:

  1. Enter your Job Title in the box provided. You can also select the Category, Sub Category and Location to help the AI.

2. Click out of the field, anywhere else on the screen. Then you will be prompted by the new AI feature:

3. To see what the AI can do, simply click the 'try now' button. There is no cost to use this feature.

4. You will then be provided with a box which has an automatically generated prompt, you can add, remove or edit this as required. When you are happy with the prompt you want to use, click Generate.

5. After a few seconds, the AI will auto complete a Job Summary and Job Description based on your prompt. Please review this description as there is always a chance of errors or inaccurate information.

6. Once you are happy with the job information, add any questions you'd like to ask candidates if required. You may also select to add the job to your Enterprise Job Board if you have one configured.

7. Click Save and Continue to start posting your job.

8. Complete the required steps to post your job.
