Before You Delete Your Account

Before you start the process of deleting your Woveo account, make sure you’ve withdrawn all your funds from your Woveo Wallet. It’s important that your account balance is brought down to zero, so please transfer or withdraw any remaining money/ funds in your Woveo Wallet.

Next, check that you’ve settled all outstanding obligations: close or transfer your role in any active savings or credit groups, and ensure there are no open loans or pending transactions. If you need a record of your activity, now is the time to download any statements or transaction histories you want to keep. Remember, deleting your account is permanent. All your data and access to Woveo will be lost, although we may retain certain records as required by law.

Before your account is deleted, the system will perform a final review to make sure there are no unresolved items such as remaining funds, open groups, or pending actions. If anything still needs your attention, you’ll be prompted to resolve these issues before proceeding. Once your account is clear, you’ll see a final warning confirming that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you’re certain, you can confirm your decision to delete your account.

Completion

After you’ve completed these steps, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or through the app that your account has been deleted. If you experience any issues or need help at any stage, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Woveo Support—we’re here to assist you. Thank you for being part of the Woveo community, and remember, you’re always welcome back if you decide to return.
